1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DjamgaMind Bedtime Stories or subscribing to our Apple Podcast Channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using these services on behalf of an educational institution or corporation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & The Vault

All content within the DjamgaMind Bedtime Stories application, including audio stories, images, and cultural research, is the exclusive property of DjamgaMind. Your usage grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and educational use.

You may NOT redistribute, record, or re-publish our stories for commercial gain without explicit written consent from DjamgaMind.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions and one-time payments for DjamgaMind Bedtime Stories are processed and managed securely via Stripe or Apple Media Services depending on the platform. All billing disputes, cancellations, and refund requests must be handled through the respective payment processor. DjamgaMind does not directly process payments or store credit card information.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DjamgaMind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the educational stories provided.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary, Alberta.
